These Terms of Use and Intellectual Property Notice (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, content, documentation, and public materials made available by Aranruth Industries (“Aranruth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to aranruthindustries.com and related subdomains and pages (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

The Site is intended for professionals, government entities, defense contractors, system integrators, and other qualified parties evaluating or engaging with Aranruth’s autonomous defense systems. By using the Site you represent that you have legal capacity to enter these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws, including export-control, sanctions, and national-security regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All right, title, and interest in and to the following remain the exclusive property of Aranruth Industries or its licensors:

• All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, product names, and designations, including without limitation ARANRUTH, ARANRUTH INDUSTRIES, SELIXOR, WRAITH, ARGUS, BANSHEE, and any other marks used on the Site (registered or unregistered).
• All software, source code, object code, firmware, algorithms, machine-learning models, edge-processing architectures, and related documentation.
• All hardware designs, mechanical drawings, electronic schematics, sensor configurations, system architectures, interface specifications, and manufacturing data.
• All technical data, white papers, performance claims, test methodologies, range descriptions, and operational concepts published or referenced on the Site.
• All trade secrets, know-how, processes, and confidential information relating to Aranruth’s systems and business.
• All copyrights in text, graphics, photographs, videos, models, and audiovisual content on the Site.
• All patents and patent applications (issued or pending) covering any aspect of the technology.

No license, right, or interest in any of the foregoing is granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except the limited, revocable right to view the Site for informational and evaluation purposes as expressly permitted herein.

3. Restricted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and you agree not to permit any third party to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site except for personal, non-commercial viewing of publicly available pages.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of any software, firmware, or system described or referenced on the Site.
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing of publicly available pages.
• Use any Aranruth trademark, product name, or logo in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, dilute the distinctiveness of the marks, or imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorization.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Site into another website or application without prior written consent.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, watermarks, or legends appearing on the Site or in any materials.
• Use the Site or any information obtained from it for any unlawful purpose, including activities prohibited under ITAR, EAR, OFAC sanctions, or equivalent regimes of any jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, accounts, or data related to Aranruth.
• Transmit any malware, harmful code, or content that interferes with the operation of the Site.

4. Export Control and National Security

Aranruth’s technology and related technical data may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other United States and foreign export-control laws. You represent and warrant that:

• You are not a prohibited or restricted party under any applicable sanctions or export-control list.
• You will not use, export, re-export, transfer, or disclose any information obtained from the Site in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
• You will not submit classified information, CUI beyond product-level inquiry, or controlled technical data through public channels of the Site.

Violation of export-control obligations may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, in addition to termination of any relationship with Aranruth.

5. No Warranty; Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS. ARANRUTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY PERFORMANCE CLAIMS, CAPABILITY DESCRIPTIONS, OR FIELD ASSESSMENTS ARE ILLUSTRATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE; THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE A CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENT OR GUARANTEE OF RESULTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARANRUTH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARANRUTH’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aranruth and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law, including export-control laws.

8. Confidentiality of Non-Public Information

If, through authorized channels, you receive non-public technical data, proposals, pricing, or other confidential information of Aranruth, you agree to maintain such information in strict confidence, use it solely for the authorized evaluation purpose, and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law (in which case you will provide prompt notice to the extent legally permitted).

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Aranruth is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Termination

Aranruth may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual-property ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Aranruth may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

12. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aranruth regarding the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on that subject.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them freely.
• Changes. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Last updated” date indicates the effective date of the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
